The client established India infrastructure Near and Offshore centres in 2006.The centres leverage India’s talented and well-qualified workforce to build a world-class operations infrastructure for the client’s global businesses. With over 8,500 professionals, these centres provide technology and operations support from four strategically placed locations in India.
The client has a positive and proactive view on Learning and Development initiatives and encourages such activities. Based on discussions and subsequent suggestion from Team SynergieHR , a Training Program on ‘Executive Presence’ was conducted for the front line staff of the client with a special emphasis on ‘Ownership and Accountability’.
The Training Program so conducted met with very positive response and was able to meet its objectives as evidenced from supervisors’ feedback.
