Client is a leading OEM vendor for some of the big names in heavy equipment manufacturing predominantly catering to the replacement market in North America and Europe and owes a large part of its business from the US Farm markets. Client has also been a regular chief sponsor for high end sports events both in India and abroad.

For this client, SYNERGIE HR curated a Program which employed a model providing a framework for designing learning experiences that optimize brain function for learning and retention. We integrated brain based coaching techniques to help leaders understand their own thinking patterns and develop strategies for more effective leadership. The Program enabled leaders to understand the neuroscience of emotions and develop strategies for managing their own emotions and the emotions of their teams. Through focused group discussions, case studies and live situations and experiential immersive learning activities , the Program emphasized how neuroscience principles can improve communication, including active listening, clear messaging, and creating a psychologically safe environment for open dialogue.
